- Does your disposal have a jam wrench? Many of the garbage disposals on the market today come equipped with jam wrenches, which look a lot like an Allen wrench. If your disposal jams these tools can be placed in the hole on the bottom of your disposal and by turning back and forth can unjam your disposal.
