Our tradition of offering the highest level of customer service begins with your first phone call to one of our friendly Customer Care Representatives.  These helpful members of our team will assist you by answering your questions, scheduling an appointment at your home, and much more.  Our Customer Care Representatives are here to help in any way they can to insure your experience with AJ Danboise is a positive one.

This tradition continues when one of our Service Technicians comes to your home for an appointment.  Our technicians are highly trained professionals.  They have a genuine respect for you and your home.  They arrive on time, wear shoe covers to protect your home, complete the job with speed and precision in a friendly manner and clean the entire work area when finished.  Our technicians have all had complete background checks, are drug free and understand the importance of making you feel safe and comfortable while they are in your home.

This tradition of customer service doesn't stop late at night or on weekends.  Every time you call, no matter what the hour, you will reach one of our Customer Care Representatives, not an answering service!  In the case of a late night emergency at your home our Customer Care Representative will work with you to get a Service Technician to your home quickly.  The Service Technician will arrive at your home after hours with a fully stocked truck.
