Your Customer Liaison

You’ve been assigned a Customer Liaison whose sole job is to keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process of your service request. You can expect update calls (or text or emails if you prefer) throughout the day of your service request so you know exactly when to expect a technician to arrive at your home. They’re also there to assist you with any changes you might need to make regarding your appointment.

No Need to Stay Home

At AJ Danboise Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, we know how busy life is for all of us, and we know how frustrating it is to be tied to home waiting for a repair person. As long as we have your cell phone number, there’s no need to stay home! Just let our Customer Liaison team know how much time you need to meet us, and we’ll be sure to give you enough time to get back home!


We believe our technicians are the best around, and we’re excited to get an opportunity to prove it! In addition to being technically skilled, our technicians are also specifically trained to provide exceptional customer service experience! Not only will you know your repair was done professionally, but you’ll also actually enjoy the experience of having one of our skilled technicians in your home.


When our technicians arrive at your home, one of the first things we’ll do is take a look at the issue to determine what issues you’re having. It’s important that we have you alongside us during this process so we can ask you any questions they might have. This is a great time for you to ask any questions you might have as well.

From there, our technicians will always provide you with a thorough evaluation of your entire system so we can proactively address any major issues (if any) that could cost you time, money, and heartache down the line.

Once you and your AJ Danboise Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical technician have had a chance to work together on your issue, we’ll provide you with any and all options for repair and or replacement. We take pride in providing all of our customers with multiple options whenever possible so that you’re able to make a decision that works best for you and your family! And we’ll never make any repairs without your written approval beforehand!

Simple repairs can most often be addressed the same day. More complex issues or installations we will get started on right away, but may require us to return with the necessary tools and/or parts to do the job right and per your specifications.

No matter what you call on us for, our entire staff strives to provide a 5-Star experience and if there is ever anything we can do to enhance that experience, please let us know!


Our standard fees to have a technician come out to your home are listed below. All diagnostic fees are waived should you have any repair performed!

  • HVAC Repair: $95.00 Flat Fee
  • HVAC Equipment Installation: Free Estimate
  • Electrical Repair/Installation: $95.00 Flat Fee
  • Plumbing Repair/Installation: $65.00 Flat Fee
